Welcome to week 29 of your pregnancy journey! As you continue on this remarkable path, both you and your baby are reaching new milestones and experiencing significant changes.

Bobo will be sending you and your partner weekly updates on your pregnancy progress, child development, and Canadian based information up to the age of two. Here's what you can expect during this stage of your pregnancy.

Your Baby's Development

At 29 weeks into your pregnancy, your baby is about the size of a butternut squash. Their brain is undergoing rapid development, crafting intricate neural pathways. Smiling might emerge as a new milestone for them this week. As they accumulate more fat, their skin is also becoming smoother, contributing to their overall growth and development.

Physical and Emotional Change

As you near week 29 of your pregnancy, you might experience a blend of familiar symptoms and potential new sensations. Continual feelings could involve constipation, the presence of hemorrhoids, rapid nail growth, occasional forgetfulness or "pregnancy brain," migraines, occasional cramping, dizziness, as well as heartburn or indigestion.

Health and Well-Being

Reconnect with your partner and nurture your relationship by scheduling a date night to enjoy quality time together before the baby's arrival. Cherish these moments of intimacy and connection, fostering a strong bond and creating lasting memories amidst the excitement of pregnancy.
